About XircleXircle is a all in one socio-digital market network built for Nepal — connecting verified businesses, communities, and riders on a zero-commission model. We're building how Nepal buys, sells, and connects locally.

The RoleYou are the face of Xircle to the brands and businesses we bring onto the network. You'll find and acquire businesses, guide them through onboarding and verification, and make sure they get real value from being on Xircle. It's a relationship-driven, field-forward role — you'll meet business owners in person, understand their needs, and turn them into thriving members of the network.

What you'll doIdentify, approach, and acquire businesses and brands to join XirclePitch Xircle's value — zero commission, verified reach, community access — to owners and decision-makersVisit businesses on-site to build trust, close partnerships, and support setupGuide new partners through onboarding, verification, and the right membership tierHelp businesses build strong profiles and listings that actually performBe the first point of contact for partner queries and resolve issues fastKeep clean records of leads, onboarding status, and account activityShare partner feedback with the product and operations teamsHit and beat monthly acquisition and activation targets
